Do you work on residential HVAC?

No. Northland Mechanical is a commercial and industrial mechanical contractor. We serve office buildings, industrial facilities, retail, schools, data centers and other commercial properties.

Can you put our building on a maintenance program?

Yes. We offer scheduled maintenance (inspections and tune-ups on a set calendar) and full-coverage maintenance (preventive maintenance plus repairs under one agreement). Both include priority emergency response.
