How fast can you respond to a no-heat call?

Emergency response is available 24/7. Call 763-544-5100; after a few questions an on-call technician is dispatched. In winter, no-heat calls at occupied buildings are prioritized.

Can you improve the efficiency of an older boiler without replacing it?

Often, yes. Combustion efficiency upgrades, burner tuning, controls upgrades and water treatment can recover a meaningful share of a large boiler system's efficiency. We assess the system and tell you whether an upgrade or a replacement makes more sense.

Do you offer boiler maintenance contracts?

Yes. Scheduled maintenance covers seasonal start-up, inspections and tune-ups; full-coverage maintenance adds repairs under the same agreement.
