What does a chiller overhaul include?

An overhaul is scoped to the machine and its condition. It typically covers compressor and motor work, tube cleaning and inspection, refrigerant and oil service, controls and safeties, and performance testing afterward. We provide a written scope before work starts.

Can you monitor our chiller remotely?

Yes. Through our Building Technologies division we can connect chillers and related equipment to a building automation system with alarms routed to our 24/7 response center.
